They're supposed to be open until 6:30pm. I arrived at 4:48pm and they were closed.

Most weekends when I try to go and just drop off pre-labeled packages, the door is often locked. Even though it says it’s open online. There are a lot of spontaneous closures that happen on the weekends. Sometimes there’s a sign on the door to announce it being closed, other times there’s not. The advertised hours are misrepresenting the actual accessibility to the store.

I have always had quick, efficent service from this location. I think being prepared and having a clue as to what you are doing goes a long way.

Google indicated this location opened at 9am on Saturday however when I show up at 9:10am, the door says 10am and door is locked. Disappointed to make a trip up there for nothing.

I don’t know what satisfaction some of the employees here get for being rude and unprofessional towards the people who come in, but I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different UPS than come back to this location.
