- JRJohn RAug 17, 20265.0Angela was TERRIFIC !! She assisted me over and above what was required or expected. And, Angela was doing the work of at least two people. The young man that was working was also obviously a very hard worker. I have a feeling both are expected to work hard but likely not compensated for the quality and quantity of their work. I hope UPS values their best employees.

He’s always friendly, upbeat, and has a genuinely positive attitude that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. 🙌 Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, which is exactly why people like Riley deserve to be recognized. His professionalism, energy, and willingness to help are a big reason I keep coming back to this location. 🌟 If Riley’s manager or anyone at UPS happens to read this, I hope they know they have an outstanding employee representing their company.
