Worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a package, I used to think UPS was better but now I’m certain FedEx is. Changy or kangy working around 5:30pm on 02/23/2026, was the most unenthusiastic, unwilling to help, incapable of clarifying, rude and offputting associate I have ever seen or laid my eyes on. It is clear she does not want to be working there, me and my fiancé were the only people waiting in line and she greets us with an empty, Emotionless, “I’ll take who ever is next” , And then, as soon as we go up there in the most ill toned voice, she asked for my fiancé‘s ID and SHIPPING address, She reiterated she only needs the shipping address multiple times, so we provided her with the literal shipping address that was on the receipt, offered to show her the receipt and she refused to look at it saying I just need the shipping address, she did not want to help us, after we provided the BILLING address she was hesitant to give us the package because we were getting frustrated that we didn’t know she was referring to the BILLING address, Instead of saying, “hey, no worries, I got you. We will work through this together and figure it out, she just kept repeating I can’t give it to you. I can’t give it to you. I can’t give it to you,” when I offered to show her the receipt at the very bottom of the screen, it would’ve said, billing address - the address she wanted, but instead of working with us and looking at the phone screen with the clear address she was looking for on there, she tells us she can’t help us. After just finding the billing address and providing it, she gives us an attitude, we’re the customers we are allowed to get a little frustrated when the associate isn’t addressing our question, she just kept saying that that’s not the shipping address when we were literally showing her the order with the shipping number the order number and the shipping address specifically. If she had just once said the BILLING address or helped us find the address she was looking for by just looking at the phone screen I showed her, we’d have 15 minutes of our lives back, but instead we left with a horrible experience and a bad taste our mouths. Please invest in employees that actually want to do their job and be there instead of having mindless drones that act like robots instead of humans.
