  The Asian women who is the boss was very rude and not very helpful I am not up to date on technology and she was not helpful and as she was telling someone who seemed to be new there working she didn’t give very good information

  Horrible experience. They advertise they will pack things. I brought 2 boxes in, one narrow long, and one small square, same width. It's an Amazon return and Amazon gave me 1 label. They wouldn't bundle them and when I asked why, she said because UPS won't accept it. I thought that very strange as I have seen MANY boxes bundled in shipping before. I asked her what her suggestion was and she said that I can bundle them. I asked her what the difference was and her condensending tone was enough. I asked for tape and she said no. I asked if I could buy tape and bundle them up and she said I could buy the tape and bundle them up, just not there. I had to take the boxes home, bundle it there and then bring it back. Makes absolutely no sense, and conflicts with their store policy.
