  SCAMMERS IN PROGRESS. Please tell me why my grandfather is being charged over $100 to FAX 100 pages for his doctor!!! This is highway robbery. Faxing uses no supplies from UPS except their power and machine. There is NO PAPER, NO INK! This is completely a scam. I could buy a fax machine for this price. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDER WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND TECHNOLOGY?!? I am disgusted and disappointed with this business model. I tried to get in touch with corporate but there is no way to do so on their website. ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING!!!

  Avoid; I just went and there’s no air conditioning. Drive the extra few blocks down Ulmerton. Happy to remove this when there’s new management that provides the basic amenity of air conditioning.

  This location is AWFUL!! They have not had AC for at least a month in the height of the Florida summer!! Not only is it terrible working conditions for their employees, but it’s also unbearable to be inside that store as the customer. I am forced to go to the Post Office or FedEx now, even though the UPS store is less than a mile from my house. I will not support a business that forces its workers to endure one hundred degree temperatures for at least a month straight. UPS should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on. The owner is clearly too cheap to fix it and he has this little blower and fan in there which provides no relief at all. He should be made to completely fix the AC because the store is representing UPS as a whole.

  I dropped an amazon and return off at this location recently and amazon is saying that they never received the package even after I got a drop off confirmation. Not sure what they did with my package but I was never able to get a refund for it because of this. Keep a close eye on your tracking if you're gonna bring stuff to this location.

  Horrible experience today, been going there for a while and the employees are nice but the owner or manager whatever he is, is extremely rude. Cursing at me because of tape, I offered to pay for it but he just kept cursing and being rude. Definitely not going back to that place.
