  I use the store based solely on convenience because I have to agree with many of the people that have posted, the staff is rude and the owner is a little creepy. Everybody seems pissed off when you have to come in for a return or need their help. On an off moment, maybe, just maybe, you get a smile and wished a good day. Customer service should be a bit better.

  On Monday, June 1st, I dropped off 24 packages at a UPS store. The owner was shockingly rude, demanding I organize packages in a specific way. When I politely said I’d get the rest from my car first, he snapped. He told me if I didn’t like it, I could leave and take my business elsewhere. I was stunned—he said he didn’t care about losing customers and claimed UPS makes the money, not him. The owner, who called himself Pavel and gave me a card with that name, outright told me to go complain—he didn’t care. However, his female employee was far more professional, calmly suggesting we just focus on scanning packages and move on. I was the only customer there, so there was no excuse for the drama. Credit to her for keeping things on track. I called corporate afterward, and they’ll address it. I’d recommend other customers think twice before dealing with this location’s owner.

  The street number was wrong and I called it out but they told me it was just cut off from my view. Shame on me for trusting.

  The clerks at this office were pleasant enough but they need more training. I took frontier equipment there to be returned and they could not figure it out. They said something was wrong with QR code. It was not. They did not know the process. I took to 2nd store and was out in 5 min.
