  The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) protects people’s ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media. Based on my (3) three in-person transactions at this location, I found the staff to be rude on all three occasions. After reading the other negative reviews, I actually felt better because they are evidently rude to other people too. In the future I will drive farther to go to the Palm Harbor UPS store. The people in Palm Harbor are super nice and extremely efficient. Update: How nice that you are "delighted" with your own "research" and the other self-praise. Cannot stop laughing. You are in desperate need of marketing or public relations training. Most of your responses to negative reviews are argumentative, defensive and reflect poorly on your business. You own nothing in terms of poor service and your people are rude. A complete lack of self-awareness.

  This store gives everyone great, friendly service! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Lee and Tom go out of their way to assist with all of the services offered and make this store a pleasure to visit.

  This is without a doubt the best UPS store I visited. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. No matter how busy the store is, they stay organized, professional and efficient, so I'm always in and out much faster than expected. They've earn my trust and my business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this UPS store.
