  Upsetting experience me and my family come weekly and order pizza. Today I ordered two cheese pizza and yes if you reading some subways, do carry and sell pizza. The woman was rude as soon as i told her my order she said the pizza are frozen it take some time to cook. No problem I said I have some shopping to do. I’ll go ahead and pay for everything. I even included a tip and I’ll be back to pick them up. I pick up the pizzas. I look at them and they are gross and burnt with no cheese on them. I asked if she could please make me another one. She rolled her eyes at me, grabbed it out of my hands and started talking bad about me to her coworker saying it’s not Burt. The other lady made me another pizza her name was Mia i asked if she was a manager she said no there isn’t one there today. Who ever hired this lady made a mistake she is horrible at her job and should not be in customer service or be making food.

  I was standing in line 8 minutes before close when the guy working rudly asked if I am ordering. I tell him yes I am. He then states “after the person in front of you I’m closed”. I understand having to stop somewhere but I was in line well before it was going to be closed.

  The 2 little girls working in there now , have the absolute worst attitude as I was speaking to them trying to be cordial, they looked at me like I was crazy not a word came out of their mouth nor did they ask me what I wanted , made made me so uncomfortable I had to walk out.. they should definitely hire somebody new because those two little young girls in there they look like they’re about 17 or 18. Do not want to be there And it shows.

  When you order online and come to pick ut up, there is almost no meat inside the sub. It is also not ideal to have one person working during a lunch rush.
