I had an outstanding experience at the Subway on Ulmerton Road. Kody and Caleb provided exceptional service and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. What impressed me most was their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail—they worked at lightning speed without sacrificing quality.
Both employees were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly prepared, and one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. It’s great to see team members who care about both customer service and food quality.

I went to Subway on 6/4/2026 on lunch break to get a protein bowl and a cookie. Rushing back to work as i only had a 30 min for lunch to find that I didn’t receive the cookie that was on my receipt. I wasn’t too upset about it as i told myself I would go back the next day which was 6/5/2026 with my receipt in hand to explain that I never received the cookie. I went back in and was instantly recognized by the store manager that I was back. I went to the counter and explained to one of the subway sandwich artist that I had my receipt and I didn’t get the cookie I had paid for the previous day. The subway sandwich artist explained to the manager the issue. With customers in place the manager said to me “I did your order, you didn’t get the cookie” with a confused demeanor. I politely said no. The manager then shook his head and very nonchalant with a chuckle and instructed the subway sandwich artist “just give it to her” (I also ordered 3 additional cookies and paid for them as well on that visit) I never received an apology or a sorry for the inconvenience this caused my lunch break and having to come back for the correction. I was felt to feel as if I was lying about a .99 cent cookie or if I was trying to “get over” by receiving a “free” cookie or something. I was completely taken back by the response of the situation. I challenge the store manager to replay 6/4/2026 time 12:53 pm camera and let me know if he put the cookie into my bag.

Corey and Calep are super great employees. They tooked care at least 10 costumer in less than 15 minutes. Top notch costumer service. Let's keep these two employees' rewards with a big start. I'm pretty sure they appreciate a small increase in their salary.
Quan was the only one on shift and he is a star! I cannot believe only one person was on duty at lunch rush! But if it had to be anybody; one person, Quan was the one you want. He worked lightening fast and was very friendly! He is a real asset! From: one satisfied customer

I ordered a Toasted grilled chicken footlong sub with light lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, olives, Cheddar cheese and extra, Parmesan cheese, pickles, oregano, black pepper, salt, oil, vinegar and spinach.
They never put oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese. I couldn’t go back because I work far and have only 30 min lunch. This was a very terrible experience and would never come here again. Was not worth how much I paid for when I got the sandwich.
