I think they should just get rid of this location for the following reasons: I went in because I wanted to reroute my package to this location since the building that they are delivering to is vacant. The store is empty, but the guy keeps telling me he is helping someone. Like ok, no worries, I heard you the first time. Then, after i wait for my turn, I hand him the slip that was left on the door, and he tells me to go look it up online. He said alternatively, I could just let the drive attempt the delivery 2-3 times and then it will be taken to a final location someplace they dont know. I can read, I can see that there is an option to look it up online. I came to the store to have them do it. That's why I came. So braindead to let your driver attempt delivery to a vacant address. Imagine this is happening all over the country. Store employees not helping customers and letting the drivers just attempt deliveries that are not possible. What waste of time and money. Anyways, wasted my time there, went home looked it up and and it says "There are no delivery options available right now for this shipment." Just holding my package hostage. I literarly can't get my package, I just have to wait until Fedex gets its head out of it. My advice to someone that wants to use Fedex for business, is don't, because they either dont care, or dont train their employees to help customers.
