  David Tapia Agency, in particular my primary contact is Samantha Crane, is the best insurance agency I’ve ever worked with. They are helpful, explanatory, dig into things with you whether you are ensuring a vehicle, businesses, or other things this team goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re on the right policies paired with reasonable rates. Also, Samantha is just wonderful to work with as a person :)

  Received a post card saying they could get my homeowners insurance at a much better rate by about $2K. It included all the facts about the property with the estimate and a reference number. The agent that answered the phone said the reference number doesn't mean anything (I suppose the estimate didn't either). I told them what my new carrier's rate and sent over my inspection information. Never heard back from anyone. Not even a sorry, can't find anything. Nearly miss my renewal because I was waiting for this second opinion/much better rate. I'm not a scientologist so maybe that's why I never got any answers. Do yourself a favor and sort reviews by lowest. I believe the COS member businesses have their fellow members leave lots of 5-star reviews for the services they receive but if your not a fellow believer, it's a different level.
