  I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.

  The DM Karelis was very unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend this location. After the old management was pushed out customers are not getting treated with the level of respect they deserve or the integrity they were before.

  Just waited, after 45 minutes of be with you shortly and the whole store filling with 1 employee, we took our business elsewhere.
