  This company does not fully honor its warranties. I had a 3-year warranty on a battery it had to be replaced in 2 years and what they gave me was one that wasn't even fully working correctly as a replacement. This is really fraud in my opinion. When somebody replaces something under a warranty and they give you a substandard product it shows the company has no real respect for its customers. They are ripping people off and I would strongly suggest that you find other suppliers of which there are many which actually has some integrity.

  I walked on knowing I had the wrong oil filter gave the guy everything he needs to know to help find the right one then proceeded to tell me I don’t know my own car and argued with me about what oil filter I pulled out of my own car so over all horrible service and they guy behind the counter should not be allowed to talk to people

  Just left your advance auto parts store. Nick behind the counter went above and beyond with customer service to help me put my wiper blades on my car and I always have a hard time figuring it out. You have a great employee in Nick
