  Was prepared to walk in and spend several hundred dollars on a new car battery but couldn’t. Had someone jump my car and drove here to have battery replaced and kid behind counter said, “can’t.” Didn’t offer any solution or reason until I questioned why. Sent me away to another store due to him being the only one in the store.

  I purchased a new brake set for the front and rear on my 09 Accord. I dropped the car off at the mechanic along with the parts. I received a call stating that I had the incorrect rotors and pads for the front. It forms out that my car had V6 front brakes. I seamlessly was able to return the parts for the correct pieces. Special thanks to Josh and Hector! Highly recommend!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amy at Advance Auto Parts was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. She double-checked that we were getting the correct battery and then installed it for us in nearly 100-degree heat. Because we have an aftermarket sound system, she had to get a couple of additional parts, but she was quick to find solutions and never made it feel like a hassle. She got us from a no-start situation to back on the road with a brand-new battery and a 4-year warranty. We are so happy with the service we received and would absolutely recommend this location, especially Amy! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for us!

  Excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Sam went above and beyond by guiding me through a simple repair for my transmission coolant lines and making sure I had the right information to get the job done.   Always had great customer service at this location, can't say the same for others tho. You need to tighten up other stores. They have improper addresses for other locations sending you on a wild goose chase because of out of stock products. Hopefully you'll hire helpful employees at these other locations. This location is top tier and should be used as an example of what customer service means.
