I hope the corporate office sees this review. Hector & Ryan, working at this store, saved us when my wife and I drove down from the Villages to pick up our granddaughter from the St. Pete Airport. My alternator went out while at the airport in my Toyota Tundra, and I had just enough battery left to make it to Advanced Auto. When I walked in, not knowing at all what I was going to do, Hector and Ryan greeted me, and they could tell I was in a bad situation. To make a very long story short. I purchased the alternator from them, and since this Tundra repair was crazy detailed, it could not be a mobile repair; it would need a shop to install it. We decided to take a risk. They charged my battery to a full charge .... I started my truck, and my voltage gauge showed I had good voltage. Off we went, driving on battery power only. We turned everything off in my truck, including the air conditioning, and it seemed to allow me time to drive. I watched the voltage meter as I drove, and believe it or not, we made it to Brookeville, where I pulled over and had the battery charged again. We made it home, where now I can make my repair. I can't say enough about how much this kind of help meant. Great job, Advanced Auto!

Went in to buy a car battery and was BLESSED to have Hector S as my sales associate. Not only did he change the car battery in this awful heat, but he did it quickly and efficiently. He deserves a raise, promotion all of the above. I’m so glad he was the one there to help us. He walked us through each battery option and the difference between each. Top tier customer service I’ll be coming back to the store for any future purchases because of this employee.

I’ve been coming here for years. I’m about thousand dollars in merchandise for my Business everybody’s nice and respectful and treat you as a family until the new Manager Hector Took over Attitude if you ask him a question it feels like you bother him. All the customer was complaining about him about me. This is the last time I’ve put a foot inside this place.

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts on East Bay Drive in Clearwater. RYAN P. went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made sure I had the correct parts before I left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. Every time I enter in the store, Ryan is working with the best attitude and great energy sometimes I feel bad that he’s working and multitasking a bunch of things but he handles it very well thank you Ryan. I am flabbergasted that there’s any reviews above a 1 if the tall heavyset worker had serviced any of their customers! I was excited to work on a simple project with my minibike and was looking for a spark plug. Yes, a simple spark plug! I walked into the store and was ignored for about two minutes while standing in line when finally the so-called attendant without even acknowledging me, ask me what I wanted. At this point, I knew He only looked at me as a bother. He took one minute to look it up and say that I can’t Him if there were any No! Later on, I went to O’Reilly auto parts and I had not one, but two people assisting finally able to cross reference. I gladly purchased my spark plug from this location. I told him my experience and they laughed and said don’t ever go there That place is horrible!
