  Brought my mini cooper in for battery issues to get a new one. The older gentleman came out to test it and couldn’t even find the connectors that were sticking right out. He took one look at it all confused like he’d never seen a German car before and said he can’t put a new battery in and told me to go to the dealership as it’s a liability. While that may be true I could tell he didn’t even have the knowledge to. So I went up there road to AutoZone and bought one and they took care of it thoroughly - testing, removal of the cover on it, replacing, and resetting. The expertise and work ethic over there blew these guys out of the water and now I’m a loyal customer to AutoZone. The only reason I gave this location two stars is because the gentleman was still polite, just didn’t get the job done I needed.

  Was told over the phone they had a torque wrench for rent. Of course I get there it's magically not there. Then I ask for Spark Plug Boot Protector grease, the man then gives me brake lubricant. These workers are clueless

  Great place excellent customer service went here for a battery for my 85-year-old father-in-law, because we were in town for a visit and I had no tools on me. The young lady who helped me was very kind, helpful, courteous,even though I don't think she was feeling well. She went above and beyond and my father-in-law was very pleased and I know they won't get stranded somewhere in the Florida Sun!
