  I ordered a part last Saturday. The lady said it would be there Monday. I told her I'd be there saturday to pick it up. I was a day late arrived Sunday and the part that I had paid for already paid for was sent back. YOU NEED TO TAKE NOTES. Who losses the sale over waiting one day.

  I walked in needing help with my A/C, and was greeted by Gabe who was not only extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, how it works, and the issue I was having, but he had a passion in what he was talking about as well. I know nothing about vehicles, but his passion in what he was talking about caused me to feel interested everything he was saying about my car also. After he diagnosed the issue, he grabbed the part I needed, and I was cheaper than I thought it would be, which was great. I'm hopeful this will fix my car issue, and I'm grateful for people like Gabe who bring value and passion to their customers. Great job, Advanced!
