  Went to this wingstop in casselberry last night on address 1050 Fl-436 casselberry Fl and got sick last night after I had the Hawaiian flavored boneless chicken wings throwing them up because they were greasy and strong and Hawaiian isn't suppose to be strong it's suppose to be sweet and that lady taking the order didn't know what she was doing my family wanted the bone in and I wanted boneless.

  Caden has amazing customer service and very charismatic. Efficient and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Dear corporate, allow your team to provide proper customer service. I got a place to go order and our dipping sauce was not in the bag. We did not notice until we got home. Called the store and drove back to pick it up. We asked for fresh fries, and then they would only give them to us if we return the old fries. Really! We had to use our time and fuel to go back because of the restaurants mistake. I wasn’t trying to get extra fries, but when your customer has to go out of the way for the restaurant to make something right, at least you should give a coupon, discount on the next order, or some gesture for the inconvenience. The staff was friendly, however, they mention that corporate would not allow them to make things right without the return of the old fries, etc.
