  I walked across town to get some food just for them to say they were closed because the system was down. So you were closed all day not even making orders, yet you're still prepping 30 minutes before close? It doesn't take 15 hours to prep a subway station that isn't even getting orders. They just didn't want to work for the last hour of their shift, or clearly at any point during the shift, considering they were still prepping and filling the stations 30 minutes before close. That means they did absolutely nothing all day then wanted to hurry and do everything right before they were allowed to leave. What exactly were they doing all day if they weren't prepping or making customers orders? I don't understand how a business that is so simple can be operated at such a low level. It's too bad. This subway used to be good, but now I order the exact same order every time and it's NEVER the same. Very inconsistent and clearly lacks training or discipline with it's employees. They don't care about their jobs and definitely don't care about the customers. It's a disgrace to the subway brand.

  Why do they even stay open? Constantly out of everything. It's subway and they're out all breads, wraps, everything except wheat bread. Most time out most meats. It's very sad. Count on sub and out everything almost every time.

  I put and order thru subway app, drove 12min there just to find out the order was canceled, then the gaslighting, you may order in a different location.

  When I arrived the lady came from the back did not say anything. Opened the cover then put both hands on her hips like . really. Very rude . I was looking for a text to know what a friend wanted for in a sandwich. Couldn't find it so I called put on speaker . The lady made a comment I can't hear that. So I just left. She never said anything else.
