  They are the worst store in the county they will not help you without trying to charge you my phone was stolen and lost I brought the phone the end that I got from the insurance as soon connected I can’t get through the customer service their systems are down and they’re like well we can’t do anything but charge $10 to activate your phone they sent me the chip with the new one stole phone this it doesn’t matter our system is different from the thing we got charge $10 Mhater what cricket has gone downhill it used to be all about customers is not anymore special this store every time I come to the store cause it’s closest to me they can never help you they don’t have the training or knowledge how to ever help you with any issue I highly recommend you go to another store or switch providers

  They staff is great here. We joke and laugh together every time I go by. The service is good and so are the rates.
