  It looks like customer service has went down hill. The associate wasnt interested in helping or working for that matter. I simply needed a belt for a common engine that they didnt have

  Since when do they not install windshield wiper blades upon purchase of new ones..then when you ask if they are fairly easy to install all the cashier could say was ..FAIRLY..I only purchased them thinking that they would .had I known they wouldn't I would have gone somewhere else..I'm a woman 60 yrs old I can do alot of things but just would have been nice to have them do it

  I love Advanced Auto Parts store. Been going there for a long time, and I'll keep coming there for what I need. But there is a employee there that i went to for paying for my item a few times. He doesn't say anything at all. He doesn't say thank you, just gives me my change. I've been very nice and always ask him" how are you?" He doesn't answer , doesn't say anything . He doesn't speak at all. The only thing he says is how much my purchase is, and then nothing. I tell him nicely to have a nice day and no response. He makes me feel like I'm bothering him. I just won't go to his check out. This is the store in Bushnell Fl. on CR 48
