  I had to go into Cricket to get my phone adjusted, as the settings wouldn't change for what I needed, and Luis fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He was pleasant,so helpful even though the " air conditioning" was out in this store today he was very professional. I recommend Cricket and this store,as they disappoint.
