I have given this UPS location every opportunity to make this situation right, but after weeks of issues, poor communication, and misinformation, I feel obligated to warn others.
I shipped 2 concert tickets worth $800 to Panama City using this location and paid for 2-day shipping. During the transaction, the employee only asked if the tickets were worth more than $100 and never asked for their actual value or discussed additional insurance options. The package was delayed leaving the facility and was eventually lost before reaching its destination.
Because the tickets never arrived, I had to refund the buyer the full amount, leaving me out a total of $1,600 between the tickets and the refund.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. I called the store multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. After finally finding time to go into the store in person, an employee helped me file a claim and explained that I would most likely receive the $100 insurance coverage (since that’s what they labeled them worth) plus reimbursement for shipping costs.
Another week passed with no updates, emails, texts, or phone calls. After more calls and more promises of callbacks that never happened, I finally reached someone who informed me that my claim had only been approved for the $14 shipping cost.
Throughout this entire process, I remained patient and understanding. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, poor follow-through, and conflicting information made an already frustrating situation much worse.
I never had issues with this location in the past, but this year it seems extremely disorganized and has gone downhill quickly. If you are shipping anything valuable, time-sensitive, or important, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this facility.

I've been going to this UPS store for several months now with Amazon returns. In my profession as an HR manager, I have to be VERY observant of my employees so it becomes a habit to observe employees at other businesses as well. I noticed a few young ladies who work there and one gentleman. The more I went, the more I noticed the young man named Angelo's performance to be exceptional compared to the young ladies performance being not very customer focused. I see the ladies on their phones a lot, chatting together a lot all while there's still a line waiting, while Angelo performs circles around them. I was there one time where the line was right up to the door. Angelo did a minimum of 3 customers to the young lady's one. I was the last one in the line and the young lady decided her phone was more important than completing the final customer in line. The person Angelo was helping was taking a long time to complete their business and this young lady completely ignored the fact that I was still waiting. She even started chatting with another lady co-worker instead of calling me up to the counter. I went in the other day and Angelo was the only one there. He works very hard, is very customer focused and is very pleasant to chat with. I hope whoever his manager is realizes what a gem he has in his store! Angelo deserves a raise! I only gave 4 stars because of the young ladies who work there! ALL 4 STARS GO TO ANGELO ☺️!

First time ever dropping off a package here. It goes missing. Never updated past customer dropped off at ups store. $300 package gone! Place is definitely sketchy! Better off dropping off any items at a ups access point or using another ups store.
