  Ordered a mobile order for a specific time and when I arrived 5 minutes past my pick up time I was told she had full lobby and only one person working. Prioritized people in store over mobile orders. Beware.

  I just want to give a shout out to Jay. He made our evening better. I am currently recovering from an emergency c section and was struggling to move quickly. Jay made sure I was t an inconvenience to them. He was super patient with me. Thank you!

  I came in this evening to get some food for the family. Line was a little long on arrival, but I have to submit this review as a shout out. Jay was the only one on shift, being the only one on shift, he knocked the orders out of the park. He maintained his posture, even under pressure and definitely embodied his customer satisfaction skills. He kept up with the orders and still managed to make everybody laugh, or at least smile at the minimum, while knowingly being iverloaded with demand. Management needs to take note on this guys outstanding ability! Grade A+ service Jay, Ill be a repeat customer if he is working.

  Well, I went into this location looking for the meats then I realized it wasn’t Arby’s, but I had a great experience at this subway it was The cleanest subway, the guy that made my sandwich Jay (James ) Phenomenal customer service was great couldn’t say enough that guy is a great guy. Food was delicious. Couldn’t ask for a better experience at a subway.

  There hasn't been 1 times we've been here that the order was right. Order from app. Maybe I should stand there when they r making the food. I might actually get what I paid for. Never have I got the extras. I pay for extra bacon, never get it unless they only put 1 piece for regular. Extra means extra. If I'm getting a veggie I expect veggies. I get spinach instead of lettuce so I asked for double everything including mayo honey mustard, barely taste it they only put in maybe 5 pieces. EVERY TIME. Also I shouldnt have to hear about the workers personal problems while I wait. Worker complaining about having to work 2 jobs including this dump( subway) with no help. Btw. Workers don't wash hands between orders or after coming in from break after smoking... This location is usually out of a lot of things 4-5 times out of 10 visits.
