  Came to this place the gentleman working at on Friday June 12, 2026 @ 6:27PM had poor service. Seemed like it was a bother for him to make a simple grilled chicken sandwich. Next time I will just get a Publix Sub.

  We have been here many times and its always dirty and every time they are out of ingredients. I know they are busy but whoever runs it needs to keep up on the ordering and cleaning. They had a very old pile of cookie crumbs in the cookie case, looked disgusting!

  One employee working at 3pm. Took over 30 minutes for a few sandwiches. Not the employees fault but dont think I will be back. Don't have 30 minutes to waste at subway.

  Out of most vegetables, do not have a toaster. Staff could care less about the customers.

  The subway in Brooksville sucks. Ordering online does not work, unless you live at 5mns from it. Our sándwich was suggy, by the time we arrive from Oak Hill Hospital, since we thought the address was for the for there location ( and ref to honor that there) and the person at this location, have a non friendly face and refused to do it again and prior to reheating was bad enough. Not happy that my wife refused to eat it and I had it to eat half, so I do not waited what I pay for. Place sucks and refused to re do the suggy sandwhich. Bad customer service and not friendly at all to Seniors and a Disabled Veteran.
