    Walked in for dinner, wasn't greeted at all. The two employees were occupied making a online order, but didn't even say they would be right with us. Horrible customer service. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The employee dressing the sandwichs had a very negative energy. Not welcoming at all, He didn't even smile not once or even use any manners. Most all the tables were dirty.

    Been here 3x and have enjoyed every sub I've gotten. The young lady who took my order was very nice and patient with me as I decided what I wanted. I ended up getting the peppercorn ranch chicken protein wrap and it was very good!

    Unfortunately the customer service on 19438 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville FL is no good at all. I when to get sandwiches for my daughter's volleiball team and I ask questions to "Mike" it is hard believe got me his real name because e laughed after said it. But the point is the man just answered to me with actitudes and face was like get out of here. I asked him if he was OK? Or if he dint want to answer my question and his reply back it was worse. Well the girls didn't get subway today, but the got hamburger. I hope this man get a blessed day definitely I never will go there again.

    Tell me how I order a sweet onion teriyaki sub online. Get it go back to work and comes with barely any chicken on it at all. This isn't a sandwich might as well just sold me vegetables and bread. Definitely not happy spending my money here

    I placed an online order for pickup. It said it was ready on the app but when I arrived they hadn’t even started. We had to sit there and wait for 10-15 minutes which completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. Both the people working at the time (bald guy and a girl) were completely unapologetic and rude.
