  Employees are nice, but store DOES NOT have printing capabilities. Wasted 30 minutes to go back home and print out my return label. Pretty crazy a shipping store does not even have a printer.

  FedEx is the worst shipping company by far. This branch holds up to the company motto. Avoid using this company as customer service or service of any kind is not their priority.

  My boyfriend dropped off an automatic transmission yesterday (5/29/26) to be shipped out through eBay. He arrived there and had asked the person explicitly if they could take it being it was 107 lbs. The person said yes as long as it’s under 150 lbs. Had even double verified and all even told them we don’t live in that town and we didn’t want to get a call saying they can’t take it. Well today (5/30/26) he received a call from them saying it was too heavy that the carrier couldn’t pick it up. So because they hired wimps to do carriers there we had to spend over an hour trying to get ahold of someone. Thankfully we got ahold of someone and they’re taking care of it so we don’t have to drive an hour back to get it. Big waste of time at this location wouldn’t go there if you have anything heavy to send. They’re a bunch of liars there and will make sure you go through absolute hell

  I need PParker (fedex employee) to stop marking packages as delivered when they have not been delivered. This is the second time this has happened at my school and I am missing a check I need to order uniforms for my team and time is running out! Adding 6/9/2026 - another package saying it was delivered and received by PParker and yet it hasn’t been delivered. Reporting to fed ex again until they can retrain their employees to stop doing this!
