I had several issues I needed help resolving, and Olivia went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood my options. It’s very hard to find truly good customer service these days, and Olivia really stood out. She was able to resolve one of my issues completely and gave me a clear path forward for getting the other one she could not in store. I really felt like she cared about helping me rather than just getting me in and out of the store. Excellent customer service and a great experience. I really appreciate all her help, and I’ll definitely be looking for Olivia anytime I need assistance in the future.

Antonio and Olivia were very friendly patient and helpful. I got a new phone and they transfered everything over from my old one. Came from boost mobile. Thank you both.
