  I went to Brooksville Cricket today and spoke to Olivia. She went above and beyond to help me. I needed to change phones and also change the phone number on that phone. Needless to say, she did everything I needed and more. She is so sweet and also professional. She knows what she is doing and doesn't beat around the bush about it. I only hope her supervisor sees this. She needs recognition for what she does.

  Jamal was OUTSTANDING, His ability to always help in anyway over the top, His ability to be kind and compassionate over the top, His ability to help me was nothing short of incredible!!!!! Never once did he not encourage me and make sure I knew all the ends and outs, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’ll be honest I’ve never experienced such an amazing person that actually cared for his customers! I would give 20 stars if I could! Cricket management you’ve an excellent employee! He’s amazing!!! Thank you again for helping me.
