  Olivia is a wingless angel! She helped me fix my entire iCloud account because another cricket location factory reset my phone without cause. I was panicked and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. She called her boss and got advice from her - they both just really saved me. I was entirely locked out of iCloud and was so scared I lost everything. Thank you both so so so much!

  Let me tell you how excellent Cricket in Brooksville and Olivia who works there take care of you. 1My phone was hacked I was having all kinds of problems I lost one my phones made it stole it in the midst of everything going on and not only did Olivia and the manager jamal went above and beyond to help me.Olivia should get 100 stars for how good she is with what she does she's the best at customer service she takes the time to make sure the problem is solved. Great customer service love this Brooksville store.

  I went to Brooksville Cricket today and spoke to Olivia. She went above and beyond to help me. I needed to change phones and also change the phone number on that phone. Needless to say, she did everything I needed and more. She is so sweet and also professional. She knows what she is doing and doesn't beat around the bush about it. I only hope her supervisor sees this. She needs recognition for what she does.
