  I was treated with the most amazing customer service from Erin on 08/13. I called in to order wings and she recommended a bundle to save me some money and also was so kind. Workers need to learn from her because she goes above and beyond!

  Very clean place and service was amazing!!! Tyrohn was awesome!! He was very sweet and caring he was truly the best he needs a raise definitely he was honestly the best service I had in a while!!! Hope he gets a promotion!!!

  Funny not only did this store, (Wingstop on W Brandon Blvd in Brandon FL),screw up my order, they blocked the survey.. Can't blame them though I order 10 Louisiana Rub boneless wings combo and they gave me some spicy barbecue shit .. the French fries were cold and only a half of a basket .. it's disappointing to spend money on such careless lackluster operation .. oh and check Facebook I'll throw this comment on there for you as well

  Ridiculous that you can’t order a 6pc or 8pc wings without it being a combo. Welp they just lost business because not everyone wants a combo.

  Really disappointed bag was not securely closed (have pic) tried to use survey but my receipt was NOT included. Pls secure bag with staples as well as tape in future and always supply customers with their receipts. Haven't even tasted food due to outrage!
