    The manager had a very bad disposition and after confronting her about it she Got WORSTE everything i asked for was a problem(extra veggies) ONLY FOR HER. It's 1:03:56 pm on Tuesday 4/28/2026. Term I'd trans# 1/A-393299. I LITTERLY Have to go further than this you never know who your serving. THE MANAGER WILL NEVER SEE ME BACK AT THAT LOCATION AS LONG AS SHE IS THERE IM USE TO PLEASANT PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION NOT WHAT I WAS MEAT WITH. JUST GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR AND NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME. PATHETIC YOU WOULD THIS CORPORATE WOULD DO SOMETHING, CLEARLY THEY DONT CARE!!!!!

    Courtney was working tonight and I always enjoy it when she's there. This is my favorite Subway in the Brandon area and Courtney helps make it so, I've been there often and get the same sandwich that she is already making it when I walk in the door, which saves me time.

    I used to order from this location at least once a week. The cashier was always friendly, professional, and upbeat. The sandwiches were always good no matter whatever I ordered. I quit going because they got to where they would not honor their coupons. I can understand that their "systems were down" maybe on occasion; however, it became a more frequent occurrence.

    This is the 2nd time I have ordered using the Subway app at this location. I asked for extra meat. This is an extra charge. I ask that the bread be hollowed out and that it was to be toasted. The result: it was not toasted, the bread was not hollowed out and no extra meat. I will not order from this location again. In person or on the app. Employees have to read the order and follow directions. This location also does not respond to the drive through even to pickup your order. Very poor on multiple occasions.
