  Mr. Nick made my day he always makes my subs fresh and he’s always polite. Everyone that he hired there always provides excellent customer service no matter which shift it is they are all great. Thank you Mr. Nick and all your hard work.

  I haven't been or ordered Subway in years and I won't be ordering again. I ordered a BLT.. and they didnt put the L.. L=lettuce it's in the damn title but nope just got B and T. So basic to put lettuce in a SANDWICH but that concept is that there for Subway. Don't go or order from this Subway they dont deserve your money.

  Terrible customer service. I was at the register trying to buy cookies while an employee was still making multiple sandwiches and pizzas for another group. Instead of letting the cashier complete my purchase, he told her to ring them up first even though they were still ordering. What made it worse was that the group appeared to be his family, and I watched him heavily discount their food. When I asked for his name because of how I was being treated, he told me, “You don’t need to know,” and then told me to get out. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Management needs to address both the customer service and how discounts are being handled at this location.

  I come in…..tired and on break… my coworkers can witness to this, and so can the very sweet lady who works there as well. The man asks me what sandwich I want. I’m speaking the same tone as everyone else and he says “what” I repeat myself once more with slightly louder voice thinking (mb he probably can’t hear to well). After repeating myself, he makes a slick comment saying “you need to speak louder, you talk too quiet”. I work in the medical field. Trust me when I said I’m already tired, and know how to control my own voice for those who can’t hear well. He made that smart remark multiple times. Even the sweet lady next to him looked at him weirdly because of how he was speaking to me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but i didn't appreciate being disrespected by arrogance. And by the looks of these other reviews it seems this is a reoccurring issue thst needs to be addressed. Ty
