  I spent 30 min For 2 sandwiches and no customer lady was in the back on her phone I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 9:50 I’m with my shopping cart with groceries and Cake to take to my sons bday and she taking her time on her phone texting and pacing back and forth in the back and 2 customers already left. Very unprofessional and the thing is that Employee knew there were customers in store I placed my order like around 9:35-9:40 got my order at 10:04 she left my sandwiches on the counter and started another customer order

  Shawn is outstanding and Laura is outstanding. This is one of the best locations it’s because of them I came back to Subway from going to Publix.

  To me this is the best subway location in the Brandon/Tampa area. The bread and toppings are always fresh and never had a terrible sandwich here. Only problem that happens here is the occasional homeless people that have mental issues. Besides that the employees are awesome and very friendly.

  Laura is always awesome. She’s very attentive to her customers. Very professional does not let the staff slack whatsoever. She’s just all around awesome. She should own her own.
