Please, do not go to this store for any shipment!! I sent a small package for my aunt since the 19th of September and she never received it up to now. I wouldn't recommend this store ever to anyone and I will never go back to them. I believe they never send the package.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to! The red head lady behind the counter was rude as “&$@? I went to pick up my package and she told me she already gave it out? Without my ID?She was like the white box? Like I know what color a box the company shipped me? After 10 minutes she checked what came in and found it! Just rude for no reason at all?

The employees at this UPS store are exceptional. They are consistently professional, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I have recommended numerous people to use this location. Kristi and Conner are two examples of excellent customer service.

This is my go-to UPS Store for all my shipping needs year-round. The remodel lends to a streamline/ user friendly process. Especially for Amazon self serve drop off. Conner consistently provides exceptional customer service! Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Akansha, who also provided excellent service. Keep up the great work!
