  I paid for 72 important documents to be scanned and sent to my email. After I left, for 2 hours it was not received. I called back and he said he was just sending it as I called. Thst info could be in anyone’s hands atm. I don’t like how it feels like the info may have been misused.

  Such a good experience yesterday at the UPS store. In a good mood when I entered the store I was received by an equally cheerful person who continued to make my day pleasant. I received speedy service, thoughtful conversation, with an overall easy breezy way to do business. Thank you Lynn and thank you UPS Store… you obviously treat your employees well because they seem happy to be there.

  I recently went in to mail a couple of packages and letters. I needed some help with packaging some items. The staff were very helpful, even making suggestions how to ship one of my packages to save me money. I was in and out with no wait! I'll definitely be coming back.
