  I love this store and the people. Always helpful and courteous. Roy in particular did a super job with some business cards that I had printed. I have a mailbox on the south end of town, this store on the north end, I may move my box here.

  Very polite, helpful quick I can’t say any better than that. Very impressive. Now this store needs the Amazon return kiosk to make it quicker !!!

  I frequently go to this UPS Location-always greeted with a hello & will be right with you if there is a line, otherwise the staff is right on-with a smile & kind conversation. Yesterday, 810 when I was there a very kind man went out of his way to step by step help me correct my Amazon account for drop off. This was amazing to me!! Wish I would have gotten his name!

  This experience was frustrating from start to finish because of poor communication and unprofessional customer service. When my package was delivered to this location, I called to check if it had arrived. I was initially told that I did not have a package. After tracking it myself and calling back, I was suddenly told they did have it. I then specifically asked if there was a deadline to pick it up, and the employee told me there was no set pickup date or timeframe and that there was no rush. Today, only three hours before they planned to return my package, the manager called and told me that if I didn’t pick it up by 5:00 PM, it would be sent back. During the call, the manager repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, claimed they had called and left multiple voicemails (which was not true), and then hung up on me before I could finish speaking. When I arrived at the store, the manager acknowledged that the information about the number of calls and voicemails was incorrect and apologized for that misinformation. Because of the store’s inconsistent information and poor communication, I had to leave my job site and drive an hour and a half to retrieve my package before it was returned. This entire situation was avoidable had accurate information been provided from the beginning. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should not be penalized for misinformation provided by employees. Professional communication, accountability, and respectful treatment of customers should be the standard. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
