I came in to get my fingerprints done at the kiosk, and I received so much help, patience, and excellent guidance until we were finally able to complete the process. - WHWill HargreavesSep 21, 20265.0I have been in MANY UPS stores around the country, and this location is in the top five best experiences I have had. They were training someone new and still were excellent in keeping things moving for those who were waiting. I have stood in locations waiting as long as twenty minutes where they weren't training anybody. Excellent customer service and speedy drop-off times are what you can expect when frequenting this location. Thank you to all of the staff for such a good experience!
- SJScooter JohnsonSep 21, 20263.0Dropped off a amazon return and the employee seemed frustrated that I didn't use kiosk. He explained, actually over explained using the kiosk when he was by himself and busy. I was unaware a kiosk even existed. Also, its not my fault the store wasn't staffed properly to handle customers. Despite agreeing he kept explaining almost as if he was trying to instigate an argument. I won't be using this drop-off for amazon or any shipping needs moving forward despite being extremely close to my house. His tone was condescending as opposed to helpful. This isn't the first time I've received a bad attitude from employees at this location. Again not my fault you were understaffed and don't take it out on customers!
