  PJ went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He really helped us out even getting on the phone with AT&T and going through emails as well. I’ve never had so much help before thank you PJ. Pre and jacquel were also very helpful

  Yesterday I arrived at this UPS store in Lockwood Ridge Commons in Bradenton with a number of Amazon returns at 4:56 pm. I had thought the store was open until 6 pm on Saturdays, but, when I saw 5:00 on the door, I poked my head in and asked if they could just take one or two. Two brothers (Norman and Gherman) were just about to close up and start their weekend, but they said they would still help with my returns. They took them all and were very patient and kind. We finished up about 5:08 pm, but they were understanding about my error re the closing time. They made me feel welcome and “ok” anyway. Jerquel was off today but he is always wonderful, too. This is my UPS store! I really appreciate these helpful, kind, hardworking people. They should be rewarded by the company.
