I've returned things multiple times to this location. I tried to return a few things in a box that was sealed up but the girl was rude and said " it has to be in a shipping box and not a product box. I can sell you a shipping box." The box was higher quality then their shipping box and didn't have anything wrong with it. They were clearly just trying to charge me more for the return! I'll start using someone else if this is the kind of bs they're going to start doing here.

This store is my go to for all of my printing and shipping needs, between Ben, Dave and Dev, I feel valued from the minute I walk in the door and the efficiency of this team is something to see! Just last week I shipped over 30 boxes to 30 different locations and it was seamless from start to finish, I'll be back next week to ship some more!

Ben is the best! He handles all our printing needs for the office. He is prompt and precise! The rest of the team there are also quick and courteous; a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this UPS branch!

Update***Their service after the review was just as Terrible as in store service. They do not deliver high-quality shipping. Take your business to FedEx. Terrible customer service. Argumentative. Disrespectful. Packaged my Amazon returns incorrectly then blamed me for it, even after I proved she was wrong. My family and colleagues will never use this location again. She should be fired and never work in customer service.
