  I made a mistake and shipped my package to the wrong address. Once I realized this I went to UPS and Dev totally fixed my problem. He was able to divert it from the incorrect address to the right one. He was very helpful and very pleasant.

  Dave is an absolute doll & a pleasure to do business with! Funny, friendly and professional. Almost wish I had more packages to ship. Made my day. 10 stars. ⭐️

  Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated here. I’ve been going to this ups store and multiple others for 10+ years and have never been treated the way I was today. I simply asked to use a box cutter knife to finish packaging my packages. And they said they won’t let me use it. (Every other store doesn’t have a problem with my doing that.) And so I asked them to cut it for me and they wanted to charge me. And believe me it’s not about the money it’s the way I was spoken to. And then I asked if I could just have my labels so I can go to a different ups store and the refused to give me the labels after they were already printed. They then threatened to call the cops so I left. I came back 20 minutes later because I forgot my tape and bubble wrap, and immediately as I walked in they were back to being disrespectful. And said I was trespassed and to get out when I was simply grabbing my belongings. It’s not the words that people say but the way they say it.
