  I have nothing but an excellent experience with this UPS store. The longest I had to wait was 2 minutes. I usually can walk in right up to the counter. Great place to ship from.

  i had to drop off a pre-paid package at the UPS store this afternoon. every time, and i mean EVERY time i go in there, the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. they are just so nice! oh and it smells so nice in there! THANK YOU

  I have to share my experience at this UPS location, because it was honestly a complete lack of service, basic customer care. You offer notary service and I’ve had this done before at this location so I was aware of which associate is the notary at your store, so I approached her as I walk in, she said it would be a minute. That became over 10 minutes because she would not stop scanning items and filling up a huge box. I was in a hurry and when I walked in I was the only customer in the store, I tried the cough, cleaning my throat, but that was completely ignored. What a disappointment after being your customer for a decade now.
