When returning packages with QR codes UPS stores make it so easy. Even when not using a QR code the people working there are very helpful .

I cancelled my mailbox here today after a very negative interaction with the man working the counter. I ship from this location and receive packages almost every day, and unfortunately, he has never been particularly friendly.
Today, I brought in about 10 packages over four or five trips and placed them off to the side before getting in line. I briefly stepped over to hand my phone to my wife at the Amazon return area, then waited beside my large pile of packages. While I was waiting, another customer who wanted help packing a jersey cut in front of me.
The employee looked right at me and helped that customer instead. When I spoke up and explained that the customer had cut in front of me and that I had been waiting for a while, the employee laughed and told me I “should have been in line.”
I understand that the store can get busy, but I waited my turn like everyone else and did not deserve to be laughed at or talked down to. Since no one seemed to care about the situation, I decided to cancel my box.
Also, two weeks ago I dropped off a $300 bat. It was scanned received by the store and then never scanned again. When I inquired about it, they just said they give everything to ups.

Been using this location for years, I have a mailbox there. Usually the service is helpful, but that’s not my pain point. I use this location for my business and I can no longer get to my mailbox 24/7 like I have for 5 years. This is a huge inconvenience and a major change that I did not see coming. Very disappointed- thought prospective customers should know since this goes against what’s you’d come to expect from the UPS Store.
Lisa was extremely rude to me, I came inside with a package confused at first as to if i was in the right place. I asked the woman at the counter(Lisa) and she gave me a blank stare and rolled her eyes at me while aggressively throwing her arm to show me what looked like a small UPS logo on the wall. I’m very hard of seeing as I’m 71 and have cataracts. Lisa then continues to not say a word to me and walks away. HORRIBLE SERVICE
