Hannah is absolutely amazing! She helped me at 2pm on a Sunday ship 10 boxes back to myself after cleaning out my senior mother's apartment. Hannah was incredibly positive and helpful, not only with the shipping process but also in ensuring the boxes were packed well (I opted to pack myself and took responsibility for them) and asking lots of questions about the contents of each box to ensure fragile items would be handled with care. I wholeheartedly recommend coming to this location and working with Hannah if you can. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone come here for their packing and shipping needs.

Best store ever. Clean, professional, courteous, pleasant, well informed and knowledgeable. Well staffed with the same caliber employees as physical plant. My go to since it opened. Please 🙏 don't change a thing. It would break my heart ❤️.
