Dear UPS Customer Service:
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit. I went to the store to return an Amazon package, and while I was there, my young daughter picked up a small handheld massager that caught her eye because it resembled a toy. We examined it briefly and tested it out, as it was battery-operated.
At that moment, the employee on duty addressed me in a highly disrespectful manner, stating that if I did not intend to purchase the item, I should not touch it. She made this comment without knowing whether or not I actually intended to buy it. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, inappropriate, and unnecessarily rude.
In fact, I *did* intend to purchase the item for my daughter; however, due to the employee's behavior and lack of courtesy, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. This experience left me with a very negative impression, and I believe it is both important and fundamental for a customer service provider to be respectful and professional in order to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
TO SANDY, ANNETTE, and NATE:
You guys are the real MVPs. You have all come through when we needed you, and I know I’ve left a review before on my other account, but y’all deserve another for your complete TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, KINDNESS (even at the end of your shift or super early in the morning) and for your GENERAL AMAZING PERSONALITIES!!! We love this store, but most of all, we love the EMPLOYEES. Give them all HUGE RAISES ASAP PLEASE!!!! ❤️🙏
