  Didn't know you cant get the veggies you want at this location. Asked for extra onion and was told no only 8 pieces for a foot long. Paying nearly $30 for 2 subs and 3 veggies on each cant even get the amount I wanted didnt ask for the whole tub of onions.

  This lady whose name tag reads Ms. J. Is the WORSE worker! Each and EVERY time I have been in there she has been rude and acts like she is horribly inconvenienced. She leans on the counter, breathes heavily on your food and literally adds minimal toppings. She Just seems lazy and doesn’t follow directions for orders. Not happy with service at all!!!

  The service provided by the woman attending to the public was very poor; upon entering, and barely offering a greeting, she told the customer she couldn't help them right then, claiming she had no instructions to do so. She was ill-tempered, unkempt, and provided terrible customer service.

  Excellent. Much better than a few others on the area. Staff is great and very friendly. I would definitely eat here again.

  Both employees, especially, Marcus showed a level of professionalism that is truly admirable. They had tough customers and showed AMAZING customer service. Will definitely be coming back!!
