  Priority overnight express package got delivered at noon and they decide to hold the package until the following day because trucks only go out in the morning. Crazy to do for such a high priority package.

  I’m sure i’m not the only person who feels this way; customer and employees. Fedex has to be the worst out of UPS, Amazon and DHL. Not sure how your routing system works, if you have a human or AI, either way, it’s horrible. Nearly everyday or every delivery made to my specific location, always arrives early, no matter what. but for some reason every time i decide to order something and they use you guys, i regret buying it just because of that. Your drivers are clowns, can’t take none of them serious because they don’t even take their jobs serious enough. Throwing packages, your loaders steal peoples packages on the daily because yall will hire just about anybody. Yall need to step it up, Used to be the BIG 3, now DHL took your spot smh. i still haven’t gotten my package after typing all this 😂 Amazon would’ve been here at 4am ON THE DOT!
