  I try to only leave positive reviews. This is a review of FedEx, not the staff. Already drove 20 minutes from Lakewood to get here, they refused to print a sheet of paper for me so that I could ship that sheet of paper 2 places. My options are drive another 15 minutes west, or 35 min NE to simply print a sheet of paper. How these are the closest options for a FedEx location is absolutely beyond me.

  Friendly & helpful staff! Another customer was having an issue with his pickup and staff calmed him down. It was nice to see professional handling and also assisting customers waiting behind this guy. I was next!

  WARNING: Package theft and delivery falsification by a driver from this station! A driver from this facility delivered a severely ripped and completely emptied international package to FL Exactly 5 yellow envelopes were stolen from inside, matching a 360-gram weight deficit (official shipping weight was 2.40 LBS, but it arrived at only 740g).We have CCTV security footage and photographic proof showing two major violations: Falsification: The system logs show the package as delivered at 10:15 AM. Our CCTV proves the driver did not physically arrive until 12:14 PM (a 2-hour false entry).Fraud: The video clearly captures the driver holding a flat, destroyed, and ripped-open mailer, dropping it off in a rush to avoid questions. FedEx International has already officially approved and paid the financial claim for this loss, which confirms the theft occurred. STATION MANAGEMENT: Please contact me directly by replying to this review. I have all the photos, the exact tracking number, and CCTV video evidence ready to send for your internal investigation.
