  Terrible delivery procedures. Ordered a product through Amazon Prime. Delivery was supposed to be 2 days. Waiting all day yesterday at home to find out an hour and half later through Amazon that delivery “was attempted” and product sent back to warehouse. In fact, delivery was NOT attempted. No knock on door. No notice on door. Then called customer service. Their phone maze was ridiculous. Finally reached a real person who said the warehouse is closed but they will open a ticket for delivery today. I ask to pick up in person. Not an option. So, What time will the delivery happen? Sometime BEFORE 8 pm. Seriously!! I called for delivery. Why isn’t it the forst stop?? So, Tracking says package “out for delivery with Jerry” at 930 am. Waiting all day. Have not left the house even though I leave for three weeks tomorrow and have a ton of stuff to do. It’s now 6pm at night, and still no delivery attempt. 8.5 hours of my day wasted because FedEx can’t get there stuff together. Why is this business still in Business?? Their service is terrible. There are much better choices like DHL and even USPS. Time for FedEx to be EX-TERMINATED!!

  Having shipping centers for both FedEx and UPS, in bradenton, is a huge asset to the community, and each of them is less than 15 minutes from my house... Yippee 😁

  Busy area, but I was able to get in and out quickly. Employees was helpful and fast with my returns.
