  If you don't speak Spanish they won't help you. Won't even speak English when you try to speak to them.they laugh at you and try to intimidate you after they sell you a defective phone and the next day I try to bring the defective phone back

  They LIE! I Switched my wifi internet service because they offered $15 a month for 12 months and when I received my equipment and called they said it's minimum $55 because that offer is only in Tampa!!! Why advertise in Bradenton if it's a lie? I should have stayed with my original plan

  They have poor customer service they sell defective phones to customers and claim they are brand new and expect customers to be satisfied I heard alot of people having trouble through this company they shouldn't even be open !!!!!!!
