  Very dissatisfied with customer service, who broke my fragile glass art wall hanging and wouldn't help me with the claim when the website would not work to upload my pictures. I am convinced it broke there because it was wrapped so tight in bubble wrap initially that I was unable to put the pieces back in place to fit back into the same bubble wrap that was used- if it had still been in one piece. It arrived in 5 pieces. The website for claims didn't work properly and I spent hours trying to file a claim and store wouldn't help me at all. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting this precious art to them. I can see others with very poor customer service.

  Staff is always nice, informative, helpful and efficient. Costs are reasonable and I like the AAA discount.

  I walked into the store with fully boxed and fully labeled packages already affixed with prepaid labels ready to go. I attempted to simply drop them off and leave (no receipts needed) and the lady working yelled at me and told me NO, you have to wait in line. I said mam, they already have labels and just need to be dropped off. She proceeded to yell and say you’ll need to get in line. I’m curious if this policy is from the franchise owner or the employee herself?! First of all, I print my own labels and prepare my own packages so I don’t need to wait in line. Second, I did not ask for a receipt so I didn’t need anything from her or any other employee. I just needed to drop off my pre-labeled packages for UPS to pick up. I’m a local franchise owner myself and would never allow my employees to treat a customer like she did. I would fire that lady immediately before she does more damage to the business and its reputation. I will never be going back to that store and it’s a shame, because it’s the closest one to my house.

  This is the BEST UPS store in Palm Beach. My family does a lot of Amazon returns here and I trust them with my business mailbox. The manager Stevens is a great guy. Matthew & Trina are amazing!

  All the staff at 4493 are excellent. Patrina is the Queen of 4493. She is and over the years has been professional, kind, patient and unruffled.
