  I recently dropped off a few packages here for my business. The woman who helped me was really nice but she 1. Misspelled the receiver's last name. 2. Forgot a digit on the receiver's address. With the type of business I run this is extremely unacceptable. Looking back at my experience that day she was overly talkative and distracted by her co-workers. Not good. As a customer this is extremely aggravating. On top of dealing with MY customer's frustration who has been patiently waiting for their package. I will not go back to this store.

  I live in One Boynton Apartments and this Ups is handling our packages. You can really see that this place is overloaded with work and definitly to small for number of packages is processing right now. It is not employes foult but it is clearly not working for anybody anymore. If you need quick package from Amazon and would like to pick it up as soon as it came they will tell you to come back later. Women b4 me today was allowed to take her packege from the bin of other packages but when I asked if I can do the same I was told no you are not allowed to. I am definitly not satisfied this this service and I see it just getting worse.

  In my experience, the staff has consistently been cooperative and helpful. There is an opportunity, however, to create a more engaging and welcoming customer interaction, as the overall energy at times can feel a bit subdued. The primary concern is the condition and presentation of the store itself. While it’s clearly a high-traffic location, the environment often appears and even smells less clean than expected. A few straightforward improvements could make a meaningful difference: addressing the lighting, particularly the fixtures hanging from the drop ceiling and increasing the overall brightness would immediately improve the atmosphere. The current lighting makes the space feel darker and less inviting than it should be. Routine cleaning of the glass doors, frames, and windows should also be a daily standard, as these details significantly impact first impressions! Currently, the store gives off more of a warehouse or locker room feel than a polished retail environment. With some attention to these areas, this location has the potential to deliver a much stronger and more professional customer experience. The foundation is there, it just needs a bit more care and refinement to truly stand out. Best of luck.
