  Shopping for auto insurance is never what I would call a fun experience especially when there are teen drivers in the family. However, Michael McLemore, was consistent (but not pushy) with his approach and was able to provide a lower premium than I was paying with another well known insurer. Even though Michael's office is located on the other side of the state, I am happy with my decision to work with his office for my auto insurance needs.

  My experience was horrible. I'm still waiting to receive a refund for an error All state made. I would never refer anyone to this company. They are not fair and customers are not a priority. They billed me for almost a year for a vehicle I did not own any longer. They knew I had gotten rid of that vehicle but still charged me for it and would not refund my money.

  Excellent, professional, honest, reliable and dependable. If you’re shopping for insurance save yourself the hours of shopping by calling Michael or Jessica. I have recommended them to friends and family and they all received the same professional advice and treatment. It’s rare to come across this kind of work ethic and niceness and am happy to have found it here. If I were able to give 10 stars I would.
