I run an online business and ship through this location every single day USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages, all the time. I’ll be upfront: FedEx as a carrier loses about 1 in 10 of my packages and damages another 1 in 10. That’s a real issue on the carrier side.
But the staff at this specific location are a completely different story, a hundred times better than other locations I’ve dealt with. They’re always friendly and patient, even with older customers who get ignored or rushed elsewhere. Here, they genuinely help people from the start, with a smile, no matter how small the request.
Also worth mentioning: at other UPS or USPS spots, asking for a piece of tape or a fragile sticker often gets you a three or four dollar charge. Here, the team just hands it over, no hassle, like it’s their own package.
The carrier has its issues, but the people working this counter are the reason I keep coming back.
