Door locked, Store dark and closed despite signage that I was there within opening hours. At first thought employee might be on meal break or other isolated situation, but it happened several times

Super helpful customer service. Can't wait to see how the plan and service work out. Stephanie helped us and even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly.
