  I’ve been to this store in the past but this is the first time I had a negative experience. On Sun Jul. 19, I stopped to visit the restroom momentarily to find it was locked. I understand store restroom availability is subject to discretion by the store manager. On my way out, I was met by a female employee who told me in a condescending tone (as if speaking with a repeat offender), ”This is not a public restroom, have a nice day”. Would it have been too difficult to say, “Sorry, sir, we do not have a restroom available” I feel sorry for her because she forgets that working with customers, she represents the corporation as a whole. I’ve never had this issue at another location. When making purchases in the past, I’ve considered Advance for my automotive needs; not anymore.

  Went into Advance Auto explaining my car issue with the highly technical diagnosis of: “I think the thing ….that connects my battery to the car is… gross?” 😂 Somehow Paul immediately knew exactly what I meant and didn’t even blink. Turns out the “gross thing” was my battery terminal looking like it had been growing its own ecosystem. He got me the part, explained it without making me feel dumb, and had me back on the road before my Chevy decided to audition for another electrical horror movie. Customer service like that deserves a raise and probably a medal for translating chaotic car descriptions into actual mechanic language. 10/10 — if ur car is making you question your sanity, ask for Paul. I will be back again!!

  Not sure what’s going on here. Requested coolant for my car, from a nearby Tire kingdom (1.1) miles ended up waiting an hour and a half for my coolant to still not arrive… complete disorganization. Now I’m behind for my trip.
