  Had a great experience at Wingstop. The wings were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, and there were plenty of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and everything came out fresh. Great spot for a quick meal or to grab some wings while watching the game. I’ll definitely be back!

  Called to place an order for takeout, phone rings for nearly 60 seconds and when it’s finally answered I’m met with a quick and rude toned “can you hold”. Put on hold before I can respond back and the call ends 5 seconds after being on hold. Tried calling back and rings for another 60 seconds with no answer. Don’t bother, they don’t want your business.

  I have to say this location is the worst location , haven’t had a correctly cooked meal yet, just left the store and it’s FLOODED and workers are walking around in it like we’re in a 3rd world country. I think VICTORIA is the manager, great customer service and spirit. My order was incomplete but she kept her cool and was able to correct the mistake. Kudos to Victoria, WINGSTOP DO BETTER 🤦🏽‍♂️

  My sister placed an order over the phone that was supposed to include wings with two different flavors, fries, and a drink. When I came to pick up the order, the only thing we received was the fries that were included in the order. The wings and drink were missing. I spoke with the “alleged manager”  about the issue, but instead of trying to help resolve the mistake, they argued that this was not what my sister was told during the phone call. The situation became a disagreement because I felt like my concern was not being taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but I expected better customer service, respect, and an effort to fix the issue instead of being dismissed.
