  The blonde kid at the counter has a major attitude. Talk about lack of customer service. He snapped Merry Christmas at me as I was leaving. Update: My sister told me she refuses to go to this location because of this kid. Upon reading previous reviews, it is clear that the owner simply does not care about our complaints regarding this particular employee or he would have been long gone. I was shocked to see that the owners have tolerated his bad behavior for at least over a year!! I will never use this store again no matter how convenient. If I could do zero stars, I would.

  This place is the worst. I see from other reviews the one young man, who today has yellow hair, is always a problem and they are right. I have been frequenting this store for many years and it's always the same with him. He cannot be bothered to do his job and he shows it. Today was the last straw for me. He lied to me about an Amazon UPS return policy and refused my return unless I bought a new box from him. I called Amazon and they assured me this was not true. UPS should really do something about this guy. Disgraceful.

  I came to get 2 orders of color copies and they accidentally made a few black and white before they realized and I said I could use the. But The blonde guy working w her said throw them away so Christine Crumbled and and threw them away The she did a few Black and white the 2nd time I said instead of throwing away I’ll take. Them She said no and again crumbled and threw then away WHAT HORRIBLE customer service I order $18 of copies why not just give the customer the 5 black and white before throwing away O will never come back to This UPS slow, wasteful and dumb !!
