  I came to get 2 orders of color copies and they accidentally made a few black and white before they realized and I said I could use the. But The blonde guy working w her said throw them away so Christine Crumbled and and threw them away The she did a few Black and white the 2nd time I said instead of throwing away I’ll take. Them She said no and again crumbled and threw then away WHAT HORRIBLE customer service I order $18 of copies why not just give the customer the 5 black and white before throwing away O will never come back to This UPS slow, wasteful and dumb !!

  I tried to do an Amazon return but they would not accept the packing box I put the item in. They insisted that it would not survive shipping and that I needed to pay for one of their boxes to ship it in. Staff was unhelpful and rude.

  The worst UPS store I have ever been to, the older women is very nice but her son is a complete jerk. I went to pick up an envelope and pouch for the label. the jerk kid said he was staring to run low on these items and i needed to get them at a drop box. Every time I go to this store i have a bad experience or witness someone having a bad experience with this guy. I need to wise up and go to another location where I will be treated like a customer.
