  Young lady with a rude pretentious attitude had me literally walk right out of the store. Do not go to this UPS Store this is the third bad rating I've ever given posting. Normally I just don't bother or go back, however I made sure to do this one because that kind of attitude has no place in the service. industry.

  An overnight package Of medicationwhich required immediate refrigeration was delivered to the wrong building. Can’t find any phone number or anyone to talk to in the meantime, I cannot take my medication which is already been paid for I don’t know where to go

  UPS has been incredibly reliable for me. My last shipment to arrived 1 day early and the driver even called before delivery. Packaging was intact and tracking was accurate. Customer service was helpful Thank you for making shipping stress-free.
