  Have a problem with my phone and stopped in. The employee doesnt speak english! She resorted to a translator app to suss out what i was saying. I was told my phone is too old and i have to replace it. I left the store,as i dont want to patronize a store that cannot properly manage customers who speak english in the usa! Very unhappy!

  So, Nicole, the supposed manager likes to steal peoples info and setup accounts in their name. She has done this to numerous people. She jeopardizes your safety, neverminded how illegal this is. She refuses to allow any complaints to be escalated to higher ups, so I suggest you call corporate when she does this to you.
