Have a problem with my phone and stopped in. The employee doesnt speak english! She resorted to a translator app to suss out what i was saying. I was told my phone is too old and i have to replace it. I left the store,as i dont want to patronize a store that cannot properly manage customers who speak english in the usa! Very unhappy!

I left several messages at the 844 phone number listed throughout the week and never received a call back. I would not recommend this location for the fact you cannot reach anyone for assistance
