This UPS Store is the worst that I have ever experienced. I came in to drop off a T-Mobile return for promotional credit, they processed it and then LOST it. I literally had a two month battle on my hands going back and forth where the promotion was removed and then re-applied...and removed. Fortunately, I had the processing receipt. The phone is still lost in their 'system'. The store blamed the distribution center but even by these other reviews, I am convinced the package was lost in store. I won't come back here and I recommend you avoid at all costs if you value your packages. In addition, the staff is curt and rude. I won't stand for it but I've seen them act this way to seniors and non-natives alike. Their actions clearly scream, "We don't want your business. Go away."

Very disrespectful owner manager, he will refuse taking in packages that doesn’t make him money.
He lied about another location that will take the package, when I came back to confront him he simply said he doesn’t make money sending pre paid returns.

Charged me for an item I did not ask for. It increased my payment by 300%. Extremely dishonest, this is stealing. The item forced on me was offered as a gift, I only learned I was charged since I checked the receipt in the car. These places have been closing for a reason. Regional management is clearly unqualified.

Not sure why UPS has yet to sever his franchise agreement, this place is in bad shape with boxes piled high in disarray and the owner/manager berates his staff in front of customers. I brought a package to them on the 10th and it still has yet to be sent on the 20th per tracking site. After 3 calls and two visits, the owner/manager hasn't a clue where our package is located nor does he show any interest in locating it.
